Remind them because sometimes they bring you the wrong order. I asked for the spiciest Kung Pao chicken instead I got something quite mild and mediocre

I used to go here all the time with my family 31 years ago when I was just a little boy (K-3rd grade/6-9yo?). I was passing through on a road trip and stopped by and it instantly took me back to being a kid. The food tasted the same (in a great nostalgic way) and everything was great. Got to talk to Eddy a little bit and it was a fun trip down memory lane. If I still lived in the area I would eat here all the time.

Excellent Chinese Cuisine from Mr. Eddy and his staff. I had the pleasure of trying the first Sesame Chicken entree and this formula blew my mind. Strongly recommended as a local restaurant and I will come back again

The place looked rough from the road but the food was outstanding

Stopped in for a quick bit enroute to Seattle from Idaho. The empty dining room filled up quickly right after we sat down. I took a gamble from the faded, hand written sign on the door that proclaimed 'We make own pot stickers'. Dear gawd, I now have to drive 4 hours once a week to eat these pockets of heaven. S.O. had the mongololian beef which was tender, delightfully flavoured and came out upon a sizzling hot dish. I ate the sweet and sour chicken sans sauce with crispy chow mein. Chicken was all non fatty white meat. Decor preyed upon our nostalgias complete with Chinese lanters, pleather red button booths, and lacquered table chairs with thick clear vinyl covering the red satin cushions. The lovely vintage neon sign blinks and beckons you within. A must stop on your travels.

We love to eat at Eddy's and try to do so at least once a month even though it is a 45 minute drive. This will be our fifth year of eating there and we have never had a bad meal. The portions are large and we always have take home for tomorrow's lunch. They remember us, and have our needs ready before we ask, like soft drinks, hot mustard and chop sticks. If any member of our family is absent they ask if they are ok and comment on any that they see in the local paper after the fair. Great place to go and relax and eat, lots of different dishes to try.

Me and my fiance went here tonight and I just got up out of bed while playing Nintendo Switch to finish the rice that was cold but still amazing. 10/10

First time I went was doubtful but they are nice people with great food, singing happy birthday to one group. I shall return

Absolutely incredible!! Like a blast from the past of what a real American Chinese restaurant was all about! Sweet and sour chicken, Chow mein, pork rice, all very obviously fresh, which can be hard to find in these COVID days, and classically delicious! Very, very well presented in the Togo box, top notch fine dinning quality presentation!! And the egg rolls? I'm convinced they are made entirely in house! Exceptional!! We cannot wait to dine in, !

Eddy and his wife are awesome. My wife was born and raised in Colfax. It has been 10 years since i have visited. My wife has talked up Eddy’s our entire marriage and I’m glad it did not disappoint. We are in town for her 20 year reunion and I plan on going back at least one more time. Our kids loved it too. Eddy’s wife did not mind the nuances of our custom orders for our 4 kids.

The food was good and has a nice roadside view but furniture will love to see some renovation.

What a fun place to find. Old times come for dinner and join you for good conversations. Good food, good conversation with the locals and owners. We had a wonderful time here.

They had homemade potstickers on special - absolutely delicious! Order them if they are available! The combo dinners were standard Chinese/American dishes. We really got a kick out of the throwback of bringing crackers and butter to the table as we waited for our food. A fun find as we passed through town.

Best Chinese food on the Palouse. I've been eating here since I was a little girl. There's a big room for family to meet up and eat together or there's the main dining area for just yourself and a couole friends. The food is wonderful. Made when you order. And the service is great.

Reasonably priced, quiet place to eat. Food is a little greasier than I prefer but its still pretty good.

Posting some love. Saw some of the bad reviews, and it's just not fair. This poor soul has a rough time in Colfax. I'll just say some of the bad reviews are highly racist.

I've been going to Eddy's since I was a young girl. His food is wonderful. As is his staff. His restaurant is nice, and he has a wonderful back too for larger​ families/groups. Take out orders are just as fast as eating inside. I can't say enough.

Best Chinese food you can get in the Pacific Northwest.

The food here is very good, especially the egg rolls, but the atmosphere and service aren't great. It's not a place to go if you are in a hurry. We have ordered takeout, and that's a good option.
